NCC Skill Development, Fitness & Fundamentals (10-12 years)

Build confidence, improve your skills and develop a strong foundation for future netball success.

Our 8-week Skill Development, Fitness & Fundamentals Program is designed for players aged 10 - 12 years who want to continue developing their skills over summer in a fun, engaging and supportive environment.

Sessions combine technical skill development with age-appropriate fitness activities to improve movement, coordination and overall game awareness.

Players will develop:

Passing and catching
Footwork and movement
Agility, balance and coordination
Speed and reaction
Decision making and game awareness
Confidence with the ball

Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve your performance or prepare for the 2027 winter season, this program provides the perfect opportunity to continue your development.
