2026 HCSA AGM

History Council of South Australia Inc. (HCSA)

Venue: General Havelock, 162 Hutt Street, Adelaide. 

Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the History Council of South Australia Inc., followed by a talk from History Trust of South Australia CEO, Justyna Jochym. 

Business 

• Welcome, Acknowledgement of Country, and apologies 

• Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM 

• President’s Report 

• Treasurer’s Report and appointment of auditor (if required) 

• Election of Office Bearers and General Committee Members (see below) 

• Any special resolutions (if any) 

• General business 

Papers: The agenda, previous minutes, financial statements, and nomination forms will be available to members. 

RSVP: Please RSVP by Friday, 9 October 2026 to Amanda Wells (Secretary) via Humanitix or by emailing secretary@historycouncilsa.org.au. 

Proxies: If you cannot attend, you may appoint a proxy if the appointed person is also a member of the HCSA. Proxy forms are available from the Secretary and must be received by 5:30 pm on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. 

Eligibility: Voting is open to current financial members as at the start of the meeting. Corporate members vote through their authorised representative.
