Our Hospitality students are back in the kitchen preparing another delicious lunch, with two fresh salad options available on Friday 30 October.

Choose from:

Halloumi, Carrot and Orange Salad with Chicken
A fresh and flavourful salad served with a vanilla cupcake.

Thai Beef and Rice Noodle Salad
A vibrant Thai inspired beef and rice noodle salad served with a summer mango slice.

Salads are $8 each and will be available for collection from the TTC during second break on Friday 30 October.

Enjoy a fresh lunch while supporting our Hospitality students as they continue to develop their practical food preparation and service skills.
