Description

Come play your way into Myanmar culture at Immersia. Join us for a lively hour of traditional games, movement and friendly competition, and discover how play can bring people together across generations and cultures.

You will have the chance to learn and play traditional Myanmar games, take part in interactive challenges and share plenty of laughs along the way. Whether you are keen to try something new, test your skills or simply take a break and connect with others, everyone is welcome — no experience required.

Some games involve running, jumping and moving around, so come dressed comfortably and ready to play. Families are welcome, too, making this a chance to share a cultural experience across generations.

Bring your curiosity, energy and playful spirit!

This event is a collaboration between the ANU School of Culture, History & Language and the Myanmar community in Canberra for Immersia.

Please note: If you require accessibility accommodations or a visitor Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan please contact the event organisers.
