2026 Inaugural Mass - Student Bus Booking

In Term 1, Week 1 on Friday, 30 January 2026, all students from years 5 to 12 will be attending the Marist College Ashgrove 2026 Inaugural Mass, Investiture and Academic Awards at the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC) which is attached to the RNA Showgrounds.

Transport 

All students will be transported by bus from school to RICC and will be dismissed from the venue at the conclusion of the event. 

For families attending, the College anticipates that you will take your son home with you at the end of the event, or families may choose to have their son leave from the venue and make their own way home. 

Alternatively, if your son requires transportation back to the College for training, buses etc. you will need to book a "Bus Ticket" for each of your sons (regardless of whether you, the parent will be in attendance or not) by 10am Thursday, 22 January 2026. 

Unfortunately, due to the logistics of this event, we will not be able to accommodate parent requests for your son/s to return on the bus to the college on the day. Only students who have booked a Bus Ticket will be accommodated on the returning buses. The College appreciates your understanding in this matter.
