2026 Intrapreneurship for Nonprofits Showcase

Intrapreneurship for Nonprofits 2026, supported by the Avangrid Foundation, helps Maine nonprofits apply entrepreneurial thinking to strengthen their missions and expand their impact. The five-month program equips leaders with tools to develop new revenue streams, refine business models, explore pricing and marketing strategies, and build a strong online presence - all culminating in a showcase on December 2nd, where participants will present their progress and future plans.

Nonprofit leaders are paired with mentors and Northeastern student co-ops specializing in business analysis, AI, and design, ensuring hands-on guidance throughout the program. By fostering “intrapreneurship” — the practice of innovating from within an organization — the program empowers nonprofits to test bold ideas, create sustainable models, and scale their impact.
