About the Retreat
Join your fellow Endeavor Managing Directors for an exclusive 3-day retreat at Villa Gallarati Scotti, a stunning private estate just outside Milan, Italy.
Designed for MDs to have more dedicated time together, the retreat runs from October 4-7, 2026, and is focused on deepening relationships, exchanging ideas, and building the kind of community that only comes from real time spent together.

What's Included in Your Ticket
Transfer from Milan to the venue on Sunday, October 4
Accommodation at Villa Gallarati Scotti from Sunday evening to Wednesday morning
All meals throughout the retreat
Transfer back to Milan or onward to Turin on Wednesday, October 7
Not included: flights, airport transfers, and any hotel nights outside the retreat dates.
Extend Your Trip: Wave by Vento (formerly Italy Tech Week), and Endeavor Italy's 10th Anniversary 🇮🇹
Since you'll already be in Italy, consider extending to Turin for Wave by Vento, one of Europe's leading tech gatherings. Linda will be speaking on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 7, and we have already secured tickets. That same evening, Endeavor Italy celebrates its 10th anniversary with 200+ community members.
The only extra cost: one hotel night in Turin. If you'd like to join, indicate your interest when you register.
FAQs
- How do I get to the venue?
We'll meet in Milan on Sunday, October 5 at 2:00 PM for a group transfer to the venue. We'd recommend aiming to land in Milan before then so you don't miss the bus! If you can't make the group transfer, you're welcome to make your own way to the venue at your own expense, just indicate this when you register.
- Do I need a visa?
If you're unsure whether you need a visa to enter Italy, we recommend checking with your local Italian consulate or embassy. If you need a visa support letter from Endeavor, reach out to judge.calimbahin@endeavor.org and we'll get you sorted.
- How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card at checkout (processing fees apply) or via your SOA (select "Invoice" as your payment option and our finance team will reach out to coordinate the details).
