Joining together to start the day in the community of each other and our breath can provide the momentum needed to approach each with awareness and delight. The Sadhana team of teachers work in unison to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana 6:30 - 7 am weekdays.

Erin's all levels yoga class combines inspirations from both Hatha and Kundalini yoga to support the beginning of your day. The combined benefits of breath, meditation, and ritualized movement accelerate you into your day.

(Monday - Friday)

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.

Sign up for either 1 or 2 weeks or single class at a time, as desired. I will have the same Zoom link every week. When Abby or Carrie are teaching you will pay them directly, and use their Zoom link. Thanks for your support in this structure, we know it can be a little confusing.
