Our Mums & Bubs Pilates class is a gentle, supportive space designed especially for mums to ease back into movement after birth, while keeping their little ones close by.
Whether you’re newly postnatal or a little further along your journey, this class offers safe, guided exercises to help you rebuild strength, improve posture, and feel more like yourself again.
It’s not just about exercise — it’s also a beautiful opportunity to connect with other mums, share experiences, and enjoy some time for yourself in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Your baby is always welcome, making it easy to attend without the stress of childcare.
This class is the perfect balance of physical wellbeing and social connection, leaving you feeling stronger, supported, and uplifted each week.
Please bring your yoga mat with you on the day, along with any toys or activities you would like to bring to keep the little ones busy during the session.
