Program Highlights

Join us at Aerial, UTS on Wednesday 22 October for a full day of insight and connection across the sector. Katherine Raskob (FIA) opens the day, followed by the latest findings from The Benchmarking Project with a focus on face-to-face data. Kate Burt (Blackbaud) and Anne McDonnell (Nimbley) unpack current payment trends including Instant First Debits (IFD), while a PFRA supplier and charity member share a real-world case study on putting AI into practice. Phoebe Duggan (Justice Connect) breaks down the legal and privacy considerations of using AI in fundraising, before a candid member panel, How We Swipe Right?, dives into what charities and suppliers really look for in each other. The day wraps up with the Fundraiser of the Year and F2F Champion Awards at The Loft Bar, celebrating the best in the sector over drinks and networking.
