The rising energy of Spring is showing itself in blossom and bloom all over the region. What planted seeds are emerging in your life now? What new growth is calling for the light to come into form? Please join us for a deep dive into the ‘Wonderings’ and ‘What ifs’ about our histories, change in our lives today, and the beginning movements of a future unfolding.

Using Realization Process attunements, we will cultivate ground for resilience and greater wholeness in ourselves. Systemic and Family Constellations are offered to restore balance and deepen our experience of the flow of love in all our relationships; to see what has been hidden and the strengths and challenges to belonging. My co-facilitator, Tanya Shapiro, will be here for the April workshop. Issues and outcomes can touch on:

• an expanded view of family and systemic influences on challenges, problems or symptoms you may be experiencing;

• observing what is behind blocks regarding work, health, relationships, or finance; 

• identifying and ‘being with’ sensitivities and held patterns, without prejudice or judgment;

• deep contact with ancestors, allies, and nature as our greatest belonging and resource; 

• experiencing integration and greater wholeness.

• cultivating greater wholeness with the strengths of culture and lineage and other resources

Clients, representatives and facilitators will experience clear presence and greater discernment of tensions held in our bodies. Realization processes can unwind what is often unconscious gripping and help us stabilize into greater wholeness. This supports greater integration even as a constellation continues to unfold and deepen over time.

Sliding Fee: $50-$100 (sales tax included). Please pay by cash, check or Venmo at the workshop.

About the Facilitators:

Sono Hashisaki (she/her) has studied Realization Process with Judith Blackstone since 2010. She is a senior teacher of the Realization Process, certified in Embodiment, Meditation, Healing Ground, Advanced Trauma Repair, Advanced Therapy, and Stillness Moving. Sono is also a facilitator of Family and System Constellations certified by Brigitte Sztab and Francesca Mason Boring. She offers workshops and private sessions in-person and online.

Tanya Shapiro has studied with Bert Hellinger, Mark Wolynn, Francesca Mason Boring, Ursula Franke, Mark Johnson, Thomas Hubl, and Stephan Hausner.  She began as a trauma-informed Mental Health Counselor who worked with adults and survivors of domestic violence.  She offers both in person and online individual family constellation sessions as well as group workshops in English and Spanish. www.alignconstellations.com

• Quiet Picnics Welcome. ie. please no crunchy packaging or loud chips, smelly foods, etc. We sometimes have a few tables out, or you can use the side yard if weather is nice.

• Light snacks & non-alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase, but no other food or bar service at Ballard Homestead shows.

• We have a mix of padded chairs, benches, and a little standing room in back for big shows.

• We are an all ages venue. Kids 10 & under are free at Abbey Arts concerts & arts events unless noted. Please request by emailing boxoffice@fremontabbey.org
