Join us for an egg-citing Easter celebration!

Looking for the perfect way to celebrate Easter with your family? Don’t miss the Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt – a day full of fun, laughter and plenty of Easter eggs!

This year’s event will take place at Kingston Park, where children can follow exciting clues to uncover their very own bag of Easter eggs.

The fun kicks off at 10am and staggered entry times are in place. Select your preferred session when booking and ensure you arrive at your allocated time. Once inside, the Easter Egg Hunt takes approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the festivities until the event concludes at 2pm.

More than just an egg hunt!

The fun doesn’t stop at the hunt! This year’s Easter Egg Hunt is bigger than ever – with MORE entertainment, MORE activities and MORE surprises for the whole family to enjoy.

New for 2026:

  • Hole-in-one challenges and golf games with Golf Park

  • Classic cars on display from the Veteran Car Club

  • Mini Roadways excavator photo opportunities

  • Virtual machine simulator

  • ... and more!

Plus, enjoy crowd favourites including face painting, train rides, live entertainment, delicious food, coffee, lawn games and more.

And of course, keep an eye out for our eggs-traordinary guest of honour – the Easter Bunny and friends!
