Runathon 4 Telethon 2026

Hosted by the Dampier Sharks Junior Football Club, the Runathon 4 Telethon 2026 is a community fundraising event designed to bring the Pilbara together while raising vital funds for Telethon.

Taking place at Windy Ridge Oval, Dampier, from 8:00am Saturday 17 October until 2:00pm Sunday 18 October 2026, teams from sporting clubs, businesses, community organisations and friendship groups will take part in a unique 30-hour walk and jog relay challenge.

Teams of all abilities are invited to enter for $2,000 per team, with a goal of attracting 25+ teams from across the region. Each team will complete an overlapping 4-hour relay timeslot, aiming to record as many laps as possible while enjoying a fun, energetic and community-focused atmosphere.

Participants are encouraged to wear their club colours or get creative with fancy dress, helping create a vibrant and memorable event for everyone involved.

More than just a fundraiser, Runathon 4 Telethon is an opportunity to build team spirit, strengthen community connections and support the incredible work of Telethon in helping Western Australian children and families.
