Held on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, come along to this FREE seminar to help you understand how to protect yourself, know your rights and hear from and connect with trusted local support services, including NSW Police, Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Ambulance.

Topics include:

• Protecting your money and assets

• Support services for seniors and families

• Seniors’ rights and the law

• Healthy living and nutrition

• Fun activities like chair yoga and Zumba Gold
