💰 Cost:

• Adults: $250

• Year 12 Students, Year 12 Students’ Plus One & Staff: $180
  (plus booking fees)

Includes a three‑course meal, beverages, and live entertainment—an evening designed to impress.

🚨 Please note: No refunds are available after the RSVP date of 3pm, Thursday, 4 June, due to venue requirements.

🪑 Tables:

• Each table seats 10 people, with Year 12 students and adults seated separately.

• Please nominate a Year Level you would like to sit with, or a Table Captain if booking as a group.

• Parents must have an adult Table Captain. Year 12 students must have a student Table Captain.

• If your table has fewer than 10 guests, the Ball Committee may allocate additional attendees to your table.

🛑 Attendance Policy:

• This event is open to parents and guests from all year levels, and exclusively to students in Year 12.

• Students from Pre-Prep to Year 11 are not permitted to attend. Any students outside the approved year level who arrive will be respectfully turned away.

• If you don't have the name of the student's partner at the time of booking, please add 'TBC' to the name area. Please email events@somerville.qld.edu.au once you have a name confirmed.

• If the partner's name changes for the student's guest, please email events@somerville.qld.edu.au to update this.

🍷 Alcohol Service Policy:

• Alcohol will not be served to any student or their partner, even if they are 18 years old.
