For Delegates: Important Quote, Ticket Ordering & Payment Information!

Payment by Credit Card is the preferred method! Google and PayPal are also supported at checkout.

IMPORTANT for Using EFT Payment, 'Quotes' or Invoices and Purchase Orders: 

If you require a 'quote' or invoice first to raise a purchase order against for an Invoice/EFT Payment - after selecting the tickets needed - Click Continue.

Next in the Checkout section when asked for Buyer Information -- follow these instructions:

• Paying via Invoice and already have or need to add Purchase Order Number to the order/invoice:

  • Set First Name to your Council or Organisation for invoicing

  • Set Last Name to (Quotation) -- including the brackets -- if you need the invoice first to raise the Purchase Order

  • OR - Set Last Name to your (PO#) -- including the brackets -- if you already have it.

  • Else enter (PO to be advised) -- including the brackets -- if you need to add/edit this later.

Then continue with the ordering of your tickets.

At the end of the Order in the Payment Section, choose Invoice and:

• Ignore/leave blank the optional 'PO Number' field - we don't use this as it can't be added/edited later.

• Leave blank the optional 'Business Name' field - this is already covered by setting the Buyer First Name as the Council/Organisation name for invoicing.

IMPORTANT for Credit Card, Google Pay or PayPal payments: 

You can just use the Buyer information to indicate the actual person who's CC details you're using (or add 'Accounts Payable' or similar).

Then complete the rest of the order as needed.
