The 2026 Swimming NZ Championships will see the best swimmers from around the country converge on the Sir Owen G. Glenn National Aquatic Centre to battle it out for the title of open and our 17-18 years age national champions. The championships are hosted across 5 days consisting of 10 sessions in total. This is a qualifier for Commonwealth Games, Pan Pacific Champs, Junior Pan Pacific Champs, Para Pan Pacs, World Junior Open Water and Tri-Series.

Please note that we are also hosting the 2026 NZ Masters Swimming Championships in conjunction with the final three days from Friday 15 - Sunday 17 May, so if you're 18+ you can watch the action and get involved in the water yourself - click here to learn more and enter
