What would you do if someone you love was diagnosed with dementia tomorrow?
Dementia can affect anyone. While age is a risk factor, dementia is not just an older person's condition. Younger onset dementia can impact individuals, families, workplaces, and communities in many different ways.
Join us for Treasure the Moment: Dementia Awareness Expo, a free community event designed to increase awareness, share practical information, and connect people with local services and support.
Whether you are caring for a loved one, supporting a friend, working in health or aged care, or simply wanting to learn more, this event offers valuable information, lived experience perspectives, and practical tools to help you better understand and support people living with dementia.
