Why Attend?
This 6-hour course provides the following benefits to attendees:
Information is presented that will aid knowledge to obtain a CDL
Driver conduct during a traffic stop is directly addressed by a driver defense lawyer. She is also specialized and experienced in helping solve driver license issues
Supervisor liability for the infraction is reduced when the supervisor knows the law in detail and what they can instruct their drivers to do/not do. The interactive form of this seminar allows for answers to specific questions from the very officer who deals with "dos and don'ts" of trucks and trailers every day
Supervisor workload is reduced when drivers know loading, load securement, and truck equipment requirements, all of which is addressed in the Safety Seminar
Downtime for personnel and equipment is reduced if the equipment is not stopped for violations. Lack of downtime is a great return on investment (ROI) in the Safety Seminar
The cost of insurance may be reduced with fewer company/employee infractions - more ROI
Proper securement of loads can help avoid serious accidents that can cause catastrophic consequences
