2026 Victorian Rotary Emergency Service Community Awards (Vic -RESCA)

The Victorian Rotary Emergency Services Community Awards- (Vic RESCA) recognises the outstanding community Service of paid and volunteer members of Victorian Emergency Services making a difference in your communities and also supports Emergency Services Mental Health Research through the Emergency Services Foundation.

The Vic RESCA dinner event will

• Provide an overview of the awards and scholarship program.

• Special presentation

• Recognise 'Finalists' from Emergency Service agencies (one paid and one volunteer -where applicable). 

• Announce Two Major Winners: Rotary Victoria Emergency Service Officer of the Year Serving in a Volunteer capacity and Rotary Victoria Emergency Service Officer of the Year Serving in a Paid capacity will be announced at the event. The two Major winners will be invited to the National event in Canberra where they will be judged against the winners from other states for the National awards.

Each ticket includes. 

• a 2-course meal and a drink on arrival

• Free carparking
