Hot Topics, High Stakes: AI, Safety, Risk and Inclusion in Workplace Investigations

PANEL DISCUSSION

Workplace investigations are facing increasing complexity, greater consequences and heightened scrutiny.

AI-generated evidence, psychosocial hazards, whistleblower disclosures, confidentiality pressures, reputational risk and neuroinclusive practice - investigators are navigating areas where technology, regulation and community expectations are ever increasing.

Join us for the 4th annual Workplace Investigators Networking Event where an expert panel will work through the competing considerations and emerging issues shaping investigations today.

Drawing on their experience across the public and private sectors, our panellists will share insights that are grounded in current practice.

Panellists:

Matt Wichlinski, Partner, Workplace and Employment, HopgoodGanim Lawyers
Lillian Donner, Senior Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations, Virgin Australia
Catherine Scott, General Counsel, Queensland Department of Justice

This is a unique opportunity for internal investigators and legal, HR, safety and compliance professionals to meet and connect with like-minded, early career and experienced colleagues.

This event is presented by Q Workplace Solutions, in association with HopgoodGanim Lawyers and the Association of Workplace Investigators - Australia.

There is no cost for this event. Finger food and drinks will be provided.

The event is being held at HopgoodGanim, 360 Queen Street, Brisbane.
