The Euphoria Social GALA & People’s Choice Awards is not your typical awards night.

It is community-led.It is community-led.
It is volunteer-powered.
It is built with care.

This is a night created by community volunteers, for community — honouring LGBTQIAPN+ people across Victoria who hold us together.
The ones doing the work.
The ones showing up.
The ones creating safer spaces, building connection, telling stories, leading quietly, and giving more than they receive.

This night isn’t about prestige or popularity.

It’s about people.

We’re so excited to welcome Tim Lai back to host the 2026 Gala.

Tim has been part of the Euphoria Social journey from early on, and it feels right to have him leading the room. Many will recognise him from Gogglebox Australia, where he and his sister Leanne won hearts across the country with their humour and warmth. But beyond television, Tim is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ and Asian-Australian communities, and someone who deeply understands why nights like this matter.

He brings heart, authenticity and joy — and we couldn’t imagine a better person to guide this celebration.

The GALA & People’s Choice Awards is delivered entirely by unwaged volunteers of Euphoria Social Group Incorporated.

Just people who care deeply about dignity, recognition and community wellbeing.

A Few Important Things to Know

Tickets must be purchased in advance.
There will be no tickets available at the door.
If you’re coming with friends, we recommend one person books a full table so you can sit together.

We offer Early Bird, Group and Community tickets.
Pay-It-Forward tickets help someone in the community attend who might not otherwise afford it.
Ticket money goes towards running the Gala — including food, venue costs and keeping Euphoria Social going as a volunteer-run organisation.

We offer discounted early bird and Community tickets.
If you require a companion ticket, please contact us early. These are limited and not guaranteed.

Any Community EOI's (expression of interest here) forms must be submitted before the advertised deadline or before tickets sell out.
Applications close May 15th, or earlier if tickets are allocated.
We’ll email successful applicants by May 22nd.
Because tickets are limited, we may not be able to offer one to everyone who applies.
