The AZCEC/AZCASE/AZDEBH Annual State Conference brings together special education professionals, school leaders, and administrators from across Arizona to learn from one another, celebrate our profession, and strengthen the work we do for students and families.

Our theme, Care. Power. Connect., reflects what makes our profession so meaningful.

CARE — We care deeply about our students, families, colleagues, and communities. We recognize the compassion, dedication, and heart that educators bring to their work every day.

POWER — We have the power to create change. Through knowledge, collaboration and courageous leadership, educators can remove barriers, expand opportunities, and help every student reach their potential.

CONNECT — We are better together. This conference creates space for teachers and leaders to connect, share ideas, learn from each other's experiences, and build relationships that continue long after the conference ends.

Attendees will hear from passionate and inspiring speakers, explore innovative and practical strategies, celebrate successes, and gain resources they can bring directly back to their classrooms, schools, and communities.

Most importantly, the AZCEC/AZCASE/AZDEBH Annual State Conference is a time to celebrate educators and students. It is a chance to pause, reconnect with your purpose, be inspired by others, and remember the difference we make when we work together.

Schedule: 7:30 - 8:30 - Registration & Breakfast

8:30 - 4:00 PM - Keynote Rory Gardiner, comedian and CCMA-nominated country artist, speaking on Unshakeable Resilience.

Followed by a day of topic-focused Breakout Sessions, Awards Luncheon, Vendor Tables, and more!

Breakfast, lunch & snacks included.

4:00 - 5:00 PM - AZCEC/AZCASE/AZDEBH Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting of AZCEC, AZCASE, and AZDEBH members will follow immediately after the last session. All CEC members and those interested in joining CEC are invited to attend.
