Refund policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@intermedia.com.au. Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the date the written request is received: 28 February 2027 or earlier A full refund of the registration fee will be provided. Between 1 March and 30 April A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided. 1 May to 31 May A 25% refund of the registration fee will be provided. From 1 June 2027 and onwards Registrations are non-refundable. Please note; Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Failure to attend the event does not constitute cancellation and is not eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees from the same organisation may be permitted with prior written notice and are subject to approval by the Organiser. If a registration is cancelled or revoked by the Organiser pursuant to these Terms, any refund of fees will be determined at the Organiser’s discretion.
