Refund policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@intermedia.com.au. Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the date the written request is received: • 30 or more business days prior to the event: A full refund of the registration fee will be provided. • More than 20 business days prior to the event: A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided. • 20 business days or fewer prior to the event: Registrations are non-refundable. Please note; • Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. • Failure to attend the event does not constitute cancellation and is not eligible for a refund. • Substitute attendees from the same organisation may be permitted with prior written notice and are subject to approval by the Organiser. • If a registration is cancelled or revoked by the Organiser pursuant to these Terms, any refund of fees will be determined at the Organiser’s discretion.

Founded in 2015, the Impact Investment Summit Asia Pacific is recognised as the key event for impact investors in our region.

The 2025 Summit was our biggest yet, with an influx of new attendees looking to connect, share ideas, workshop challenges and explore investment opportunities together in person.

Through our events and digital OnImpact platform, we will build on this momentum, with a commitment to drive more deals, champion much needed impact outcomes, and continue to attract major domestic and international investors.

In 2026, we look forward to welcoming and connecting our friends of old, as well as the growing number of people focused on positive impact investments.
