A new venue, fresh connections, and plenty to discover—join us in person for the annual conference! The Indiana chapter board, conference committee, and volunteers can’t wait to welcome you for learning opportunities, a trade show, networking, and more. Explore over 25 educational sessions, with plenty of CEUs available for credentialed arborists. Dig into urban forestry, utility vegetation management, pest management, and arboricultural practices, and connect with other members and friends who share your interests. Pesticide applicators will receive CCHs for approved presentations as well.

The Conference proceedings will begin at 8 am on January 19th with general sessions and conclude on January 21st.

We will be offering an extensive 6-hour pre-conference workshop on soils in the urban forest on January 18th. See our website for more information.

IAA Conference room blocks have limited availability and can be found at the website below, click on the link or cut and paste into your browser.

Book your group rate for Indiana Arborist Association by January 11th for reduced rate at the Embassy Suites in Noblesville, host hotel.

**Please note that the IAA Discounted Member Conference Rate is for CURRENT IAA MEMBERS at the time of the conference. This information will be checked against membership records. If you are unsure of your membership status, you can check this through ISA or by emailing our office. We would be happy to have you as an IAA member if you are not one already. And, it is more cost effective to become a member than it is to pay the non-member rate.

***Please note that the IAA introduced new annual sponsorship opportunities. For information and details on sponsorship levels please visit here .

Conference registration for this event closes JANUARY 14th at 5 p.m. to allow for final planning, catering and set up. Onsite registration will be available.

This conference is supported by a generous educational sponsorship from the IDNR, Community and Urban Forestry Program through funds provided by the U.S. Forest Service.

*If for any reason you are unable to attend, all registration fees will be considered a donation to the Indiana Arborist Association.
