The Distillers:
Karu - Founders Ally and Nick set off across Australia and around the world, learning the art and science of distilling while laying the groundwork for what would become Karu Distillery. In 2018, their vision took shape with the release of their very first spirit – Affinity Gin. Launched through a subscription service, the debut batch of 300 bottles sold out nationwide, marking the beginning of their story in spirits.
Earp Distilling Co - is a family-owned venue with Newcastle roots dating back to 1883. They craft premium spirits on-site where you can sip them in a cocktail at their distillery restaurant, take home a bottle, or catch them pouring at events around town.
Saint Juniper - An award-winning distillery that uses organic botanicals and modern sustainability to create a bold, balanced gin.
Banks & Solander - A small craft distillery hidden in the back streets of Botany NSW. They are passionate about creating the highest quality spirits for the ultimate drinking experience, using the finest ingredients to create an incredibly smooth spirit that is enjoyable to drink.
Parking: Limited parking is available onsite. We recommend using public transport or arranging alternative transport to and from the venue, particularly if you plan to enjoy the gin tastings.
Tickets close: 5pm, 3 March 2026 or unless sold out
We are especially grateful to our event sponsors, Earp Distillery, Saint Juniper, Karu Distillery, Banks & Solander and The Grounds of Alexandria whose generous support makes this celebration possible.
