Year 7 New Student Uniform Fittings

The College Boutique offers 30-minute individual fitting appointments for all incoming Year 7 students, providing families with the opportunity to complete their uniform fitting prior to the commencement of the 2027 school year.

Year 7 Uniform Fit Out appointments will be held on Saturdays throughout November.

• Appointments commence at 8:30am, with the final appointment commencing at 3:30pm.

• During these times, the Boutique will be open exclusively for New Student Fit Out appointments.

• General uniform purchases can continue to be made at any time through the 24/7 Online Store.

Attending Your Appointment

To ensure there is adequate space and a comfortable fitting experience for all families, only one parent/carer and one student may attend each appointment.

Families with two daughters commencing Year 7 at the College are asked to book two consecutive appointments to allow sufficient time for each student's fitting.

At your appointment, you will receive a College Uniform Guide, which includes information about:

• the correct wearing of the College uniform;

• laundering and care of uniform items; and

• exchanges or returns required due to growth spurts prior to the commencement of the school year.

On the Day

Please remember to bring your Humanitix booking ticket to allow for a quick and efficient check-in on arrival at the Boutique.

Please note that, due to the appointment schedule, we are unable to accommodate families who arrive without a pre-booked Fit Out appointment.

Orders

On the day you will receive an order form for MOST uniform items, which is to be placed online at shop-williamson.com.au. Additional items you will be fitted for and will purchase on the day include;

• Formal shoes

• Formal hat

• Bucket hat

• College socks

• College tie

• College badge

• House badge

• Hair accessories

• Earrings

• Combination locker lock

Online orders can be delivered (for a fee) or will be available for pick-up from the College Boutique on the following days;

• 2 December 2026 7.30am-12noon

• 3 December 2026 1pm-4.30pm

• 4 December 2026 7.30am-12noon

Cancellations, Late Arrivals or Alternative Fitting Arrangements

If you need to cancel your appointment or are running late, please notify the College Boutique as soon as possible by emailing boutique@stritas.qld.edu.au or calling 3862 1615.

If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled Year 7 fitting days, please email the Boutique to arrange an alternative fitting appointment during the Boutique's Term 4 opening hours.
