Description

Film Night: 2040 Revisited

It’s been 7 years since Damon Gameau’s groundbreaking film, 2040, was released. We’re 14 years away from 2040 a third of the way there. A ‘visual letter’ to his young daughter, Gameau offers a positive view of the future where the problems of climate change are solved using existing technologies.  

 

In the panel discussion following the screening, we ask: how are we doing? What can we take from this, in 2026, in Eurobodalla? 

 

Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided. 

The films are rated PG and are suitable for school-aged children. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
