21 Days to kickstart your yoga, movement and meditation journey and feel amazing as we transition into the Autumn.

We challenge you to 21 studio practices over 21 days!

If you complete the challenge you go in a draw to win a years membership valued at $2350

As we move from late summer into Autumn, this transitional time is perfect for recommitting to practices that inspire, rejuvenate and spark joy in your life. I’ve created this challenge to keep us all motivated to practice as we settle into 2025, year of the snake! If you complete the challenge you go in the draw to win a whole years membership 😱

How does it work?

The challenge is to attend 21 classes at the studio over 21 days.

To enter book via this link and pop your name on the chalkboard at the studio to keep a tally of your classes.

There’s an opening circle, in studio, on Sunday 23rd February 6:00pm - 7:00pm. In this circle Clare will lead a meditation and pranayama practice and offer teachings on how to stay motivated. You’ll have the optional opportunity to share any intentions you have for the 21 days. Then we end with a closing circle in studio on Sunday 16th March. This will be a chance to celebrate our achievements and share any challenges.

If you’re a Soul Tribe member, the challenge, including the 2 Sunday workshops is totally free!

For everyone else it’s $160 which includes 21 days unlimited membership.
