Theme in class: cleansing, clearing
Mini challenge: do a 5-minute meditation at home (we’ll provide a simple recording or breath exercise)
Reflection prompt: “What do I need to let go of to feel lighter?”

Week 3: Energy & Balance

Theme in class: cultivating energy, finding equilibrium
Mini challenge: practice mindful eating for one meal OR spend 20 minutes outdoors in nature
Reflection prompt: “Where do I feel most in balance?”
