This is our term break online program where our 8 week term students whether they are online or studio students can join together and keep each other motivating and practicing at home until our next 8 week term commences. This is also open to new students or casual/event students wanting to sample our classes with community support. 

Ever wanted to discover the benefits of doing yoga & Meditation on a regular basis but don't have the ability to self motivate? This online program is for you. We'll get you motivated and you get to practice from the comfort and convenience of your home!

21 Day Term Break Online Yoga/Meditation Program runs from Sun 24 Sept - Sat 14 Oct

Practice yoga or meditation daily for one week and discover some incredible benefit to your health and wellbeing. Strengthen, stretch, activate, calm the emotions, build focus, reduce stress & overwhelm and improve sleep. 

Here's how it works: You'll get access to our private online portal where a daily yoga or meditation video will be posted. You'll be encouraged to let us know in the comments which class you practiced and give us some short feedback on how the class went for you. Others participating in the challenge will support you with a "Cheer" and let you know which class they practiced as well. The success of the program lies with positive engagement on the group page. Motivate yourself by motivating others. 

What kinds of classes can you expect? Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices) & Yoga Nidra lying down meditations. 

Each week consists of 4 days of yoga and meditation and 3 days of lying down yoga nidra. Please don't worry that you're not doing the physical yoga everyday, the days where there is a yoga practice is longer. You are of course welcome to mix things up and do yoga from a previous day if you really miss it or don't have other physical activity in your life, like walking. 3 longer practices of yoga/week is nothing to be sneezed at! Click "done" when you've done a practice to keep track and scroll down your challenge page to leave a comment. You'll also receive acknowledgement and encouragement in the comments area. You can also ask questions too.

There are 3 weeks in the challenge and the same 7 day format repeats each week. This is a way of reinforcing routine and helps you consolidate knowledge of the practices introduced. The repeating routine is also helpful for those who are either in-between studio or online terms as it provides a period of time where new learning is not constantly having to take place. 

'We practice yoga for ourselves but we also practice for those around us. We are not separate from each other at the most fundamental layer of our existence.'
