Please know you do not have to watch the video at 7am NZT to receive the healing. You can ask to receive the healing at anytime that suits you and is safe to do so, and it will be delivered to you then.

This is simultaneously a group healing and individual healing - as long as Gina has your first and last name via the sign-up form, you will be sent an individual energy healing.

Receiving 10 minutes of healing every day is a gentle, yet powerful way to heal and harmonise your energy field. It is not possible to receive 'too much' healing, as Gina guides the energy to only be received by you if it's in alignment with your highest good and soul path.
