Adopting a daily routine is a very purposeful and enduring act of self-love. Each day, our routines provide us with a tangible opportunity to prioritise our own health and well-being, regardless of what else might be going on in our lives.

Sadhana Breathwork & Meditation Practice Is your opportunity to sit with yourself, elevate your energy and set the tone for your day. Is truly the most important part of everything that we do because we take that time to connect to ourselves.

Through specific Kriya & pranayama techniques you dive deep, expand and listen for voice of clarity, understanding and change. Your body and your mind will break the wires of old Self and bring you more into stillness, creating a sense of direction in life.

This Set is specifically designed for awaking your intuition & activating your pineal gland. Your Agya chakra is the seat of great silence, divine permission and transcendental wisdom. Moving from ego to unity, from separation to realisation of your eternal connection, experience the powerful transformation through this practice.

You are committed, dedicated beautiful soul that continue to practice this set for 21 days. To create and sustain a new habit, but most importantly to really tap into the field of silence, your vision and clarity!

This evening is a warm and cosy opportunity to learn a valuable breath techniques, to connect with a like-minded people, and most importantly to allow yourself to create a space and time for change, growth and transformation.

What you will get:

* Awaken Your intuition Set – in depth learning and understanding of the given set (first session 2.5 h in person)
* PDF of the designed practice with detailed explanation of the breathwork & meditation
* 2 x 1.5 h online same group sessions via Zoom platform (breathwork and check in group, sharing the journey)

THURSDAYS 12th and 19th = 6:30 pm - 20:00 pm  

This given set will be blended into a full 1 h breathwork session in order to enhance your connection with your breath and create even more deeper state of Shunya - Silence.

You will also have a

* Access to a Private FB for extra support and motivation with others on the same 21 days journey
* 21 days email support
* Light snacks and refreshments on the in-person session

The practice itself is about 33 min long and is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. This is how much time you will need to put aside every day for yourself.

No experience necessary, only willingness to Learn and ENVOVE.

Remember You get to keep the Sadhana and can continue to practice for 21 / 40 / 54 days or even longer. You can also come back to this practice as many times through your life as you wish.
