Practice relaxation meditations daily for 21 days and discover some incredible benefits to your health and wellbeing. Calm the emotions, build focus, reduce stress & overwhelm and improve sleep.
Here's how it works: You'll get access to our private online platform where a daily relaxation/meditation video will be posted. You'll be encouraged to let us know in the comments which class you practiced and give us some short feedback on how the class went for you. Others will support you with a "Cheer" and let you know which class they practiced as well. The success of the program lies with positive engagement on the group page. Motivate yourself by motivating others.
Allow around 10-30 mins per day for this program.
You'll also have your own personal relaxation/meditation coach on board during the program..........feel free to ask questions or get feedback.
