Free Community Hike at Lesmurdie Falls & Whistlepipe Gully (8km)

There’s a mental health epidemic, and it’s affecting so many of us. If you’ve been feeling anxious, stressed, or down, getting out in nature with good people can be incredibly healing. A walk in the fresh air, surrounded by beauty, can help shift you from feeling stuck in your head to feeling grounded and connected.

This is about more than just a hike. It’s about breaking free from the loneliness and isolation that so many of us feel, and finding a sense of belonging and connection instead. We’re all in this together, and sometimes, we are the solution to each other’s struggles.

The way we’re feeling is often the result of how we’re living, but there’s another way—an easier, lighter, and more joyful way. Walking in nature, surrounded by a supportive group, is one step toward that.

This 8km hike will take us through the beautiful Lesmurdie Falls and Whistlepipe Gully. It’s free, it’s healing, and it’s a chance to reconnect with the world around you and the people in it. Might do a guided meditation in a beautiful spot.
