HOW IT WORKS
"Breathwork" is an umbrella term used to describe a variety of conscious breathing practices. It provides a meeting place for science and spirituality to come together.
What is the first thing that changes when you are feeling stressed, challenged or upset?
It's the breath.
There is a strong relationship between your Breath, Heart and Nervous System. Your body knows how to process stress and regulates through the Nervous System.
Breathplay may also have a positive impact on your central nervous system. When you feel stressed, your breath tends to become fast and shallow. This limits the oxygen entering your bloodstream. Your brain tells your body that there is a threat and your body responds in fight or flight.
