24 Hour HYROX Relay

For 24 hours straight, our community is taking on the full HYROX format together, one hour at a time — through the sunset, through the dark, through the sunrise, all the way to the finish. And it's all for someone who inspires our entire training crew.

Here's how it works: grab your crew (2, 3 or 4 of you) and pick your hour. You and your team can split up the relay however you want — run together, all work on one station together, split it up however suits you. The only rule is: the relay must keep moving. One team — mine — will be taking on the entire 24 hours, and every hour, a new crew joins us to help keep us going.

The relay never stops. When your hour's up, the next crew steps in to keep the momentum going alongside us — one continuous effort, powered by everyone who shows up.
