CCAR Helping Hands provides financial assistance to CCAR Members, their immediate families, and to members of the communities that CCAR serves due to prolonged illness, accident or other catastrophic occurrence, and to contribute to our communities.	The CCAR Scholarship Foundation provides scholarship awards of up to $10,000 to qualified students residing in Contra Costa County. Our commitment to support higher education is the heart of the Foundation’s desire to make a difference!
