This training is designed for yoga teachers and trainees who are ready to elevate their teaching with greater clarity, confidence, and depth. We’ll explore the foundational principles of alignment across key postures, intelligent sequencing, how to see and respond to bodies in real time, and how to cue in a way that is both anatomically sound and soulfully resonant.

Learn how to bring more impact, transformation and depth to your classes in your authentic way through your language. Learn why sometimes less is more, and learn how to speak to what is really important in class rather than going through the motions or going through some kind of script.

Whether you’re newly certified or have been teaching for years, this training offers a chance to refine your eye, reconnect with the heart of teaching, and expand your toolkit with embodied wisdom and creative language. Suitable for anyone who has completed a 200 hour teacher training. You dont have to be teaching at the moment, you dont have to have ever taught.
