And how often do you find yourself forgetting what you were about to say, or losing track of what you were doing within minutes? In today’s fast-paced world, our attention is constantly under siege—hijacked by social media, endless notifications, and a culture of outrage and fear. It’s time to take back control and Make Attention Great Again.

Join us for our 7th session this term, where we’ll take a deep dive into the science and art of attention. Drawing from both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions, this session will offer insights into how attention works—and how you can reclaim it.

Through simple yet powerful exercises, you’ll learn to observe your own attention states and discover practical tools for cultivating the types of attention that truly serve you.

A note on prices and sustainability of the program

Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
