The Balanced Body
Sometimes we just feel out of balance. In this session, we'll learn how to observe imbalances in the body and simple practical tools to restore ourselves to a place of balance. We'll explore how emotions show up physically and where we carry tension. We'll learn how being present with our bodies allows us to regulate and balance our nervous systems, helping us to live in harmony and regain balance.
