Drawing from more than two decades of musical performance, coaching, and transformational work around the world, Into The Light brings together practices that nurture not only your creative abilities, but also the relationship you have with yourself. Through music, mindfulness, nature-inspired principles, nervous system regulation, improvisation, and heartfelt collaboration, you'll learn to create from authenticity instead of perfection, inspiration instead of pressure, and joy instead of fear.

Your Guides

Internationally acclaimed artist and producer Samuel J has spent over twenty years utilizing the power of music and wellness to support people and the environment. Samuel has had an impressive career as a touring artist having performed everywhere from Glastonbury Festival to the The Olympic Games and sharing the stage with an array of global artists including Xavier Rudd, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, RY X, and releasing his music with major labels and films including Sony and National Geographic.

Samuel is also a qualified spinal specialist, personal trainer, surf coach, and ocean activist who has woven all of these passions into his own methodology the HUMAN INSTRUMENT.

Joining him is transformational vocalist, healer, and mentor Sarah Conner, creator of The Visible Voice, whose work helps people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic voice, and cultivate the courage to be fully seen and heard. Having performed alongside artists including Yaima, Deya Dova, Dirtwire, Mose, and more, Sarah has devoted years to mastering the art of trusting inspiration in the moment-creating entirely spontaneous vocal journeys that have become the hallmark of her work. Her approach demonstrates what becomes possible when technique, presence, and intuition come into complete alignment. Together, Sarah and Samuel have created an experience that blends practical musical development with profound personal transformation.

For most events we have a mix of padded chairs and standing room.
Seating is not guaranteed or reserved unless noted.
To respect the performing artists and your fellow attendees, please refrain from talking during the quieter performances. Those unable to adhere to this guideline may be asked to leave (no refunds).
Please limit photos & video during the show so as to not distract other attendees from the experience.
