10/13, 11/10, 12/8 Realization Process/Family Constellation Workshop - Faciliated by Sono Hashisaki @ BALLARD HOMESTEAD
Description
Monthly Realization Process - Family Constellations Workshops
Presented by Sono Hashisaki
Tuesdays, October 13, November 10, December 8, 2026
Fall is already here, oh my! The Earth phase of Chinese 5-Element theory identifies this
as a time of abundance in mind and spirit. The Earth Element also focuses on the
digestion of not just food, but also of our thoughts and ideas, of smooth transitions, and
the healthy balance of giving and receiving. What does this season hold for you? What
needs nourishing?
In this series, we’ll use Realization Process practices to attune to our power and
strength as a stabilizing force. We will cultivate stillness, balance, and find ground in
ourselves. Working in the collective container of Systemic and Family Constellations we
will restore and deepen our experience of the flow of love in our relationships, see the
strengths and challenges to belonging, and witness what is ready to be seen. Topics
might include:
identifying sensitivities and held tensions, without prejudice or judgment;
a view of family/systemic influences on challenges, problems or symptoms;
observing what is behind blocks of work, health, relationships, or finance;
contact with our bodies, our ancestors, allies, and nature as our greatest
resources;
cultivating greater wholeness with the strengths of culture and lineage
embodied attunements that support integration and greater wholeness;
Clients and representatives will experience clarity and greater discernment of tensions
held in our bodies. Realization Process practices can help unwind unconscious gripping
and help us stabilize into greater wholeness. This supports greater integration even as a
constellation continues to unfold and deepen over time.
Sliding Fee: $50-$100 (sales tax included). Please register here or pay by cash, check or Venmo at the workshop.
