About Saturday

Saturday Reset Session is a morning ritual by Sepas Collective: part movement, part mindfulness, part community.
Most of us carry the week in our bodies without noticing. This is the morning we put it down.

You'll move with a group chosen by how you want to feel — not how fast you are. You'll come back to the same place you started, with the same people. You'll sit down, breathe, and say something true out loud.

Then you'll go home lighter than you arrived.

What you'll walk away with

☑️ A body that's moved — not tested, not measured. Moved.
☑️ A mind that's steadier — the noise turned down a few notches.
☑️ A deeper connection — to yourself, and to people who showed up the same morning you did.
☑️ A week that starts from a better place — this is the reset the rest of your week is built on.

Choose your Movement Experience

Each group starts together, follows a loop route, and finishes together.
Ask yourself: how do I want to feel this morning?

How the morning runs

7:50am — Check-in opens
8:05am — Warm-up together
8:20am — Movement Experiences begin

After the run we cool down together, take a short coffee break nearby, then regroup for a short guided stillness and a reflection circle built around this month's theme.

Before you come

All guests must register in advance and check in with a Sepas Crew member on arrival.
Check-in opens at 7:50am — please arrive with enough time so we can begin together.

Three Things We Ask

Sepas is one experience in three phases: Movement, Presence, Connection. Three things make that possible.

1️⃣ Stay with your group. Follow your pacer, start together, finish together.
2️⃣ Protect the quiet. Silence and stillness during Presence.
3️⃣ Leave room. Listen during Connection, and give everyone space to speak.

No one is racing. No one is watching. Come as you are.

The Saturday Arc

  • Movement

    Movement

You start together, you finish together. Your body does what it was built to do — and by the end of it, the week is somewhere behind you instead of sitting on your chest. Choose the Experience that matches how you want to feel this morning.

  • Presence

    Presence

Then everything stops. A few minutes of stillness, breath, and nothing being asked of you. Most of us go a whole week without this. It's shorter than you'd think and it lands deeper than you'd expect.

  • Connection

    Connection

We sit in a circle and talk about something real. One question, no advice, no fixing — just people saying true things out loud and being heard. This is the part people don't expect to be the reason they come back.

Movement Experiences

  • Social

    Social

Come for the company. You'll run at a pace you can talk through, next to someone who's glad you came. Nothing to prove, no one left behind. If you've been away, or you're new, or the week took more than it gave — start here.

  • Flow

    Flow

An easy rhythm, held long enough that you stop thinking about it. Your breath settles. Your feet take over. Somewhere in there the noise from the week gets quieter without you doing anything about it. Choose this when you want the morning to move through you.

  • Rise

    Rise

A lift. Your breath deepens, your attention sharpens, and you meet the morning with a bit more of yourself. Not a test — a choice. Choose this when you've got more in you than the week has asked for.

  • Strong

    Strong

The edge. You'll work, and you'll feel it. Then you'll sit down afterward into a stillness that's deeper than anything you could have reached by resting. Choose this when you want to earn the quiet.

Things You Ask Us

  • What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, and water. A warm layer for after the run — you'll cool down fast once we stop. Sun protection if it's clear. And a card or cash if you'd like to join us for coffee before we regroup.

You don't need anything else. No gear, no watch, no experience.

  • Where can I leave my things during the run?

We bring a Sepas Guest Box to every session. You're welcome to leave your water bottle, jacket, or small non-valuable items there before we begin.

    Two things to know:

The Box closes when the warm-up starts at 8:05am. It's moved to a car straight after, so we can't take anything late.

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home — no phones, watches, wallets, keys, or anything you'd be upset to lose.

The Guest Box is offered as a convenience only. Sepas Collective takes no responsibility for any item left in it, or for any loss or damage.

  • Do I need to be a runner?

No. Choose the Experience that matches how you want to feel, not how fast you are — Social is built for exactly this. If you've never run with a group before, or you've been away from it for a while, start there.

    No one is timing anything.

  • What if I'm running late?

Check-in opens at 7:50am and we warm up together at 8:05am. If you arrive after we've set off, we won't be at the meeting point — and you'll miss the Guest Box.

If you're cutting it fine, come anyway and find a Crew member. But arriving on time is part of how the morning holds together.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

We run in light rain. If conditions aren't safe, we'll let you know by Friday evening and reschedule or adjust the session. Keep an eye on your email and our Instagram.
