Saturday Reset Session is a morning ritual by Sepas Collective: part movement, part mindfulness, part community.
Most of us carry the week in our bodies without noticing. This is the morning we put it down.

You'll move with a group chosen by how you want to feel — not how fast you are. You'll come back to the same place you started, with the same people. You'll sit down, breathe, and say something true out loud.

Then you'll go home lighter than you arrived.

What you'll walk away with

☑️ A body that's moved — not tested, not measured. Moved.
☑️ A mind that's steadier — the noise turned down a few notches.
☑️ A deeper connection — to yourself, and to people who showed up the same morning you did.
☑️ A week that starts from a better place — this is the reset the rest of your week is built on.

Choose your Movement Experience

Each group starts together, follows a loop route, and finishes together.
Ask yourself: how do I want to feel this morning?

How the morning runs

7:50am — Check-in opens
8:05am — Warm-up together
8:20am — Movement Experiences begin

After the run we cool down together, take a short coffee break nearby, then regroup for a short guided stillness and a reflection circle built around this month's theme.

Before you come

All guests must register in advance and check in with a Sepas Crew member on arrival.
Check-in opens at 7:50am — please arrive with enough time so we can begin together.
