The Theme for this term is Attention and Intention

Week 10 Sounds of Awareness

For our final session of the term, Becc Gray of Holdspace invites you to do something radical — absolutely nothing. Just lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work.

In a sound immersion, the attention doesn't need to be directed or disciplined — it's gently held by the soundscape itself. Waves of vibration, overtones, and resonance wash through the room, giving the busy mind something beautiful to rest on. It's one of the most effortless ways to drop into deep stillness, and the perfect way to close out a term spent exploring the many dimensions of attention and intention.

Consider this one a gift to yourself. Arrive as you are, leave lighter.

A note on prices and sustainability of the program

Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
