Our world has changed a lot over the last 6 months. More than ever it is important we take the time, daily, to care for our mental health. A regular meditation practise is beneficial for us all yet it is challenging to establish and maintain, particularly in these times of distance and isolation.

Registration for this immersion includes access to a private Facebook Group hosted by Dee Ogden. Expect to find a new guided meditation each day, group discussions, an interactive Facebook Live questions and answer session, celebrate the 28th day with a group Facebook Live meditation, along with support, motivation and accountability from Dee and fellow group members. This is group will become a space of connection with a community of like-minded people and with your quieter, calmer self.

When you register you are committing to put aside at least 10 minutes per day to sit quietly and meditate. Early each morning Dee will upload a new guided meditation which can be listened to at a time that suits you. She will also pop into the group regularly to answer questions and help prompt group discussion. You choose how much you wish to interact with the group.
