What is a Sound of Being Journey

The 90 min experience is a fusion of breathwork, ritual, mantra, intention setting and meditation combined with healing sounds from a huge array of traditional and sacred instruments. Transcending the physical sound, you will be transported to a depth of your consciousness that both revitalises and nourishes your overall well-being.

Arrival time

Please arrive 15 mins beforehand to sign in and get yourself set up for the experience.

What to bring

To make your experience more comfortable, please bring:

A yoga mat,
Blanket,
Bolster/pillow for under your knees,
Something to cover your eyes like a scarf or an eye pillow,
Anything that will support you in relaxing deeply. If you feel drawn to bring your favourite crystal to charge and cleanse, it can be powerful to have them by your mat for your practice,
A water bottle

Preparation

Please only eat a light meal before the journey and bring a water bottle. No alcohol the day of, or the day before, please eliminate coffee prior to the journey.
