2hour Restorative Yoga for Everybody

Join Areti for 2hours of Restorative Yoga this coming Sunday 5-7pm

This offering is open to all Genders.

Venue : Lovelight Temple in Margate.

We will journey through a sequence to bring balance to the Metal element now that we have transitioned into Autumn focusing on the Lungs & the Large Intestine to assist with letting go of anything that no longer serves us as we surrender and turn our attention inwards.

Exchange is $35 for this 2hour offering.
